Ian Harrison is a leadership development specialist who works across the UK, helping technicians unlock their leadership potential. He co-authored The Enabling Manager: How to Get the Best Out of Your Teams and is currently writing his second book, Taking Your Self to Work: Turning Up in a Connected World.
A longtime resident of Wolverhampton, Ian has called it home for the past 21 years. When he’s not coaching or writing, he’s a proud father and grandfather, and you’ll often find him cheering on his beloved childhood football team, Blackburn Rovers, on the weekends.
