Severn & Wye Smoked Salmon: The Ivy Cure, with lemon and dark rye (gluten-free)

Tossed Asian Salad: Warm salad of beansprouts, pak choi, watermelon, broccoli, cashew nuts, sesame and coriander with hoisin sauce (vegan, gluten-free)

Artichoke and Sweet Potato Tagine: Ras el hanout spiced with toasted almonds, olives, aubergine and harissa couscous (vegan)

The Ivy Classic Shepherd’s Pie: Slow-braised lamb and beef, Cheddar potato mash with garden peas, broad beans and baby shoots (gluten-free)

Blackened Cod Fillet: Baked on a banana leaf with soy marinade, served with citrus-pickled fennel, broccoli, jasmine rice, yuzu and herb sauce (gluten-free)
